By taking decisive and strategic action, Richard managed to progress the case effectively. A claim that had been delayed for years with PM Law was successfully concluded by ASD in a matter of months.
By June 2026, Richard secured a global settlement for Matthew, ensuring his past financial losses, care needs, and future labour market disadvantages were appropriately compensated. This resolution finally allowed Matthew to conclude this stressful period and focus on his life and career.
