Richard Meggitt and Richard Long, part of the Serious Injury Team at ASD assisted Mr A of North Nottinghamshire who was seriously injured following a road accident.
The client suffered life threatening multiple injuries to the pelvis, knee, wrist and head. Mr A was thrown from his motorbike when the responsible motorist emerged from a minor road. The Serious Injury Team secured a settlement of £525,000 despite a number of low offers from the insurers.
Mr A was unable to return to work as a result of the accident. Compensation included damages for care and rehabilitation.
