Can I claim that I was hit by a car if I was partially at fault?

Yes, you may still be eligible to make a pedestrian accident claim even if you were partly to blame. This is known as “contributory negligence”, and while it may reduce your compensation, it doesn’t prevent you from making a claim.

How much compensation could I receive for a pedestrian injury claim?

The amount you can claim depends on the severity of your injuries, financial losses, and impact on your daily life. Our specialist pedestrian accident solicitors will assess your case and help you pursue the maximum compensation possible.

Is there a time limit to make a pedestrian accident claim?

Yes. You generally have three years from the date of the accident to make a pedestrian injury claim. However, exceptions apply for children and those lacking mental capacity. Contact us as soon as possible to protect your rights.

What if I was injured while walking in a car park or private road?

You can still make a pedestrian accident claim if the accident occurred in a car park, private road, or any public space where the driver owed you a duty of care.
